Ronald C. Iacone Jr., Esq. is the managing and founding shareholder of Iacone Law, P.A. Ron specializes in domestic and international asset representation with a particular focus on the preservation of wealth, confidentiality, and tax efficiency. He counsels high net worth individuals, executives, business owners, young professionals, and cross border families on isolating risk, limiting liability, and protecting against frivolous litigation.

In addition, Ron acts as outside general counsel to his corporate clients and frequently advises on the intricacies of limited liability company law for operating, family, and holding companies.

Ron takes a personalized approach to client representation so that asset protection can be properly integrated into a client's financial, estate, and business planning. He frequently consults with his clients' advisors and acts as a resource for other attorneys, financial planners, and CPAs.

Ron's legal experience stretches far beyond the office. Having been exposed to two different legal systems (civil law and common law) in Europe, the Caribbean, and the Americas, Ron's background is diverse, both in experience and culture. As such, he fluently addresses the needs of his clients and counsels on a diverse array of issues relating to his practice and focus.

Ron focused his legal studies on international and comparative legal practice and was president of the Federalist Society. His coursework brought him to Spain to study law at the University of Barcelona and to the Cayman Islands to study offshore confidentiality at the Truman Bodden Law School.
